Laundry services
Laundry day, gone from your calendar
Wash & fold pickup and delivery for busy NYC families — sorted the way you want, washed with your detergent, folded with care, and back at your door within 24 hours.
What we handle
Every load, handled with care
From everyday family laundry to the pieces that need a gentler touch — choose the services that fit your household.
Delicate care
Silk, lace, wool, and activewear washed by hand or on gentle cycles, air-dried, and folded with extra care — care labels always followed.
Baby & children's clothing
Little clothes washed separately with fragrance-free, baby-safe detergent — never mixed with the household load, always gentle on skin.
Washed your way
Your laundry, your rules
Set your preferences once and we follow them on every single order — no repeats of the wrong detergent, no colors that bleed, no lost socks.
- Color & white separation
- Care-label handling — always read, always followed
- Your detergent choice: hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, or yours
- Fragrance & softener preferences
- Water temperature: cold, warm, or hot
- Folded or hung — your call
- Special notes: stains to pre-treat, items to skip
- Baby & kids' items washed separately
Sorted before we start
Color separation done properly
Every order is sorted by hand before a drop of water touches it — whites, darks, and colors kept apart, delicates pulled aside, and anything with a care label given the wash it asks for.
- Whites, lights, and darks washed in separate loads
- Pockets checked, stains spotted and pre-treated
- Care labels read on every garment — dry-clean-only items flagged, never machine-washed
- Socks matched, folded, and returned in pairs
